All residents of Fort Lauderdale are eligible for discounted parking rates in city parking lots, garages and on-street spaces using PayByPhone (the app). Documentation to confirm residency is required and residents must reapply annually to ensure they still qualify for the resident rate (reminders are sent as the expiration date approaches).
Once registered and approved into this program, you’ll be saving 50% on parking rates and in some locations, even more. If you regularly park around Las Olas Blvd or at Fort Lauderdale Beach, the savings add up quickly.
