The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the largest in-water boat show in the world, begins Wednesday Oct 26 through Sunday, Oct 30.

If you’re interested in anything related to boats, fishing, water sports, luxurious mega yachts … or anything else marine or nautical related .. this event is for YOU!  The event features 1,000 exhibiting brands and 1,300 boats spanning 90 acres and three million square feet of exhibit space connected by an intricate network of water and ground transportation services.  To give you an idea of how popular and widely attended the event is – In 2021, there were over 100,000+ attendees and 1,000 exhibitors from 52 countries.

Some highlights directly from Jason:

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance
  • One-day tickets are $39 per adult + tax
  • Tickets for multiple days are also available
  • Uber highly recommended to avoid higher than normal self parking and valet charges
  • General admission tickets include access to the following locations: Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Las Olas Marina, Hall of Fame Marina, SuperYacht Village at Pier 66 South, Pier 66 Marina, Broward County Convention Center, and Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina
  • Admission also includes complimentary shuttle service to and from all show locations
  • Children under 6 are free if accompanied by an adult
  • Food and beverages spanning all tastes, budgets and dietary preferences are available (you won’t be disappointed)
  • The largest and most luxurious vessels of the show are located at Superyacht Village, at Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina’s new “Pier South” property at the southeast corner of the 17th Street Causeway bridge. This location is open to all general admission ticket holders
  • The 7 show locations, all just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, are accessible via water and land transportation
  • The most popular and heavily trafficked location is Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach (801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316)
  • To see some of the largest yachts from above, walk the Las Olas Intracoastal Bridge which provides a panoramic view of much of the Bahia Mar site (remember, this is just 1 of 7 locations)
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and sunscreen or a hat!
