🌴 Palm Beach County

Single-family homes held steady with nearly flat sales and rising inventory, but condos faced a steep 12% sales drop and longer contract times. Buyers now have significantly more leverage with inventory up double digits.

🌇 Miami-Dade County

Sales saw the sharpest decline, with single-family closings down nearly 15% and condos down over 17%. Months of inventory jumped by 50%+ across the board, underscoring a major cooling trend and increasing buyer negotiation power.
