“Broward County’s median sale price hit $545,000 in March! This is the highest we’ve seen this year as prospective home buyers from all over the world continue to demand housing in Broward County. Homes are selling at an astonishing rate, sitting roughly 10 days on the market before going under contract. Meanwhile, inventory levels are continuing to dip. The number of listings decreased 27.2 percent to 1,608, bringing our months’ supply of inventory down to 1.1 months. If you’re thinking about buying a home, start a conversation with a local Realtor® today. It’s no secret that interest rates are starting to rise, but that doesn’t necessarily mean homeownership is out of reach.”
