Palm Beach County

Active listings in Palm Beach County continue to grow, currently at 5,066 listings – a 30.7% increase from this time last year. The county is also experiencing a 37.5% increase of months supply of inventory at 4.4 months as consumers sift through the market. The average sale price in Palm Beach County was $1,196,445, with a total dollar volume of $1.5 billion.
