Dec 2021 and Year End Real Estate Market Update: Broward County

“2021 was an extremely successful year for real estate in South Florida and especially in Broward County. We saw a 15.8 percent rise in closed sales to 18,565, and the median sale price increased a whopping 17.5 percent to $470,000. Also, homes were flying off the market.
